We had the pleasure of speaking to students at for Mental Health Awareness Month. Katherine showed students different techniques and skills to help manage stress and anxiety.

I had the pleasure of meeting with a great team at to discuss workplace stressors, self care, and address work/life balance. Having my own experience of being a healthcare worker in a hospital setting is one of the most difficult positions to be in as your day is often unpredictable while coincidingly trying to care for the well being of others and your own. Prioritizing self care is not a choice it's a daily necessity we need to make a habit. rwjuh

Animals have a way of bringing unconditional love and joy to your life. My pup is nothing short of that. Having a therapy dog to incorporate into my work life has been so beneficial to my clients over the past few years. She gives them a sense of calm, vulnerability, and trust.
This year, she participated in Take your child to work day at and brought smiles to kids faces. There was nothing more rewarding than screaming "Chloe's here," seeing the kids giggle and play with her.
A little bit goes a long way.

First day of school vibes and reflections. I pride myself on being a parent to three amazing kids who are shaping their personalities to their own likes and needs. We aren't perfect, but we always try to recognize progress and accomplishments. Having ongoing discussions with your kids about their goals and where they may feel stuck plays important roles as it's teaching them insight, awareness, and recognizing we are all a work in progress. The first day of school is a great time to have these discussions as it can help set the tone and perspective for the upcoming school year.

Isn't this the truth?! The biggest reason I left "a job" is so I can move at my own pace and enjoy moments I wouldn't, otherwise, be able to. For me, it wasn't about being a boss or trying to make it big. It's about being present for the most priceless moments with my family.

Hi! I'm Chloe, the cavapoo. I'm a certified therapy dog, and I work with my mom at Emerge. I'm almost 5 years old and live with my 3 human siblings and mom and dad.
I love car rides, and my mom takes me to work to help her clients feel at ease so they can open up and feel better. I'm really great at making people feel calm and comfortable. My specialty is anxiety, depression, and trauma.
I can sense when someone isn't feeling well, so I will gravitate towards them. Please don’t be offended. Im not showing favoritism. They just need me a little more in the moment.
When I'm not working, I love to eat, play, cuddle, and sunbathe, and eat some more.
If you see me on the streets or in the office, don’t hesitate to give me a belly rub. I love everyone!
