Eating disorders (specifically AN) have the highest mortality rates of any psychiatric or mental health disorder and to make matters worse, it has a very high relapse rate. So please don’t post harmful things on the internet, because there are people literally dying out there. Do better.

The Lindsay Clancy trial reveal something uncomfortable about empathy, that is we don’t just empathize with people because they’re suffering. We empathize with people we believe deserve to suffer less.
