Rosemary & Remembrance
Rosemary has a long association with memory, remembrance, protection, and honoring those who came before us.
In old European herbal folklore, rosemary was often connected with remembrance and loyalty. It appears in stories, weddings, funerals, gardens, and protective traditions as a plant people used to remember, bless, and honor.
It totally belongs in your stuffing for Thanksgiving.

Mint & the Story of Mentha

Mint is linked to the nymph Mentha, who was transformed into the fragrant herb.
The result is a memorable plant story in mythology: beauty, jealousy, and a plant that still ends up cooling everything down.
It makes mint feel a little more dramatic than its usual job in iced tea and summer drinks.
Mint has always had a strong personality — bright, refreshing, aromatic, and hard to ignore.
We appreciate any herb that can be both calming and a little legendary.
