After over 30 years behind the chair, I'm stepping into one of the most exciting seasons of my career — and I'm looking for someone special to grow alongside me at Nine Salon & Spa.
I'm not just looking for help. I'm looking for someone who is hungry to learn, passionate about the craft, kind to the core, and ready to be mentored the right way — from the ground up.
This is a real, structured program. I've spent months building something I wish I had when I was starting out.
Inside The Associate Era™ at Nine Salon & Spa, you'll learn:
✨ The full Guest Experience Journey — from the moment they walk in to the final thank you by name
💇🏽‍♀️ Shampoo mastery, scalp massage, and the signature rituals that make our guests feel truly cared for
🎨 Color foundations — retouches, glossing, toning, highlights, balayage, and foilayage
✂️ Cutting fundamentals — sectioning, tension, elevation, and building balanced shapes
💼 Consultation skills that build trust and eliminate surprises at checkout
🧴 Retail and product knowledge — how to educate guests, not sell them
📋 Rebooking, add-ons, and the business skills that build a stable, loyal clientele
💅🏽 Advanced services — including Cezanne smoothing treatments and Aqua Professional extensions
You'll go through three stages — The Shadow Era, The Build Era, and The Chair Era — each one building on the last, each one moving you closer to having a chair of your own. Our goal is to have you working behind the chair within 60 days — and fully independent with your own clientele within 6 months.
This isn't just about learning hair. It's about building confidence, professionalism, and a career you are genuinely proud of.
