Energize your retirement and make new friends with dining, entertainment and fitness programs.

Known in the industry as a Life Plan Community, The Neighborhood in Rio Rancho opened as one of the nation’s first Life Plan Retirement Community’s in April 2016. The Neighborhood is designed to offer more than one level of care on a single campus. We offer a range of housing, from seniors who want an increased sense of community and connection.
