I went on a 5-mile hike on the Anza Trail along the Santa Cruz River with my youngest daughter this past weekend. It was a blast in so many ways!

I attended my son's and daughter-in-law's baby shower in Idaho yesterday. I stopped by the Boise Mall In-N-Out Burger for burger patties only, no salt. This is one of my go to travel hacks for clean protein source while traveling.

Shawn was so kind, gracious, and friendly! I just had to get a picture! He took great care of me!
