Our licensed behavioral health clinic serves ages 3 and up — depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and behavioral disorders in both children and adults. We use evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, and trauma-informed care, matched to the person in front of us rather than a template.

For kids, that can mean play therapy, emotional regulation work, and support around conduct concerns, defiance, or school avoidance. Family counseling and anger management are available too.
