Although this post is slightly delayed, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude for the exceptional presentations and meaningful connections, and reconnections, made during the Collaboration, Recognition, and Unity event with the RWC yesterday. It was truly enriching to connect with, learn from, and acknowledge the outstanding efforts of providers in Western Wisconsin who are dedicated to serving our community through the CCS program. I anticipate continued collaboration and connection with providers and counties alike, as we work together towards common goals and serving our incredible program participants.

I had a wonderful time at the AASECT Conference, hosted in beautiful San Juan, Puerto Rico! I learned some cool things related to valuable work people are doing, made some new and deeper connections, and spent some time exploring the area a little bit. While there wasn't enough time to connect and explore, I am grateful for the opportunity to be in community with my Self and others. We even celebrated a little at ths local Pride Festival! Thank you to all who make these experiences possible in so many levels! Happy Pride!!

The Diversify Beyond the Chair Retreat was a truly enriching experience that brought together remarkable individuals who are driving positive change in so many ways. The retreat offered a unique blend of learning opportunities, networking, and creative work sessions, allowing participants to reflect on their goals and aspirations.

By focusing on business growth and personal development, we were reminded of the value of pausing to reassess our priorities and ensure they align with our core values. This transfers beyond the retreat and I invite each of you take some time to check-in with your own system about your why, and how is what you're doing in alignment with you, or not, and how might things need to transition.

I would like to thank everyone involved in organizing this event and acknowledge the invaluable support of my own support team, professional and non-professional that makes all the things I do at Twelve Oaks possible.

Why inters*x well-being depends less on biology and more on stigma, autonomy, and connection, and what that means for families, clinicians, and policy.
