It’s -12 degrees (actual temp) in River Falls today! This morning alone, we had several cancellations due to the cold. Cars don’t start, doors don’t open, garage doors wont lift as they’re frozen to the ground!! Crazy!!

Even My CAR didnt want to come in today!!

It made me think of how adapting to stress can be very difficult! Instead of cold, think about emotional stress, poor diet, lack of exercise, or injuries/accidents.
Do things go sideways when you’re under stress?
Ever feel like not showing up when you’re under stress??

Yup, me too!!

Your body was made to heal! It’s made to adapt! Every second, of every day, your body recognizes its internal and external environment and makes minute changes, instantly.

I have been blessed to help a lot of pro athletes over the last 27 years. These two are at the top of the list. They have mentored my (among hundreds of others) kids, set an example of attitude/effort/courage and represent their community with integrity and honor. I couldn’t be more proud of both of them and can’t wait to see where they go from here!
