πŸ’› Su***de Prevention Month Reminder

You don't always know what someone is carrying behind a smile.

So today, be the person who:
✨ Checks in
✨ Listens
✨ Gives someone a little extra patience
✨ Reminds them they are not alone

A small moment of connection can matter more than you know.

Who can you remind today that they matter? πŸ’›

πŸ’› A reminder for Su***de Prevention Month: You don't have to know what to say. You just have to show up.

Sometimes we avoid checking in because we're afraid we'll say the wrong thing.

But a simple:

β€œI've been thinking about you. How are you really doing?”

can open a door.

You don't have to fix their problems.
You don't have to have all the answers.
You don't have to make the conversation perfect.

Listen. Be present. Let them know they matter.

And if you're the one who isn't doing okay today, consider this your reminder that you don't have to carry it alone. πŸ’›

Who is someone you could check in on today?

πŸ“ž If you or someone you know is struggling or thinking about su***de, call or text 988.

September is Su***de Prevention Month. πŸ’›

Su***de prevention starts with connection.

It starts with checking in on the friend who has been quiet.
It starts with asking, β€œHow are you really doing?”
It starts with listening without judgment.
It starts with reminding someone that they don’t have to carry everything alone.

You don't have to have the perfect words. You don't have to know how to fix it. Just being there matters.

This month, let's make space for honest conversations, reach out a little more, and remind the people around us that their lives have value.

Check in. Listen. Stay. πŸ’›

If you or someone you know is struggling or thinking about su***de, call or text 988 for the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.

Back-to-school routines don't happen overnight.

Early mornings.
New schedules.
Homework.
Activities.
New expectations.

It's a lot of change all at once.

If your family is feeling a little overwhelmed, that's okay. Give everyone some time to find their rhythm.

Instead of focusing on getting everything right, focus on getting through one day at a time.

And remember to ask more than:

"How was school?"

Try:

πŸ’¬ "What was the best part of your day?"
πŸ’¬ "Was anything harder than you expected?"
πŸ’¬ "What are you looking forward to tomorrow?"

Sometimes the little questions open the door to the bigger conversations.

Here's to a new school year and giving ourselves plenty of grace along the way. πŸŽ’βœ¨

Back-to-school season is here! πŸŽ’πŸ“š

New teachers.
New schedules.
New routines.
New expectations.

Excitement and stress can exist at the same time.

Whether you're a student, parent, or both, remember that it can take a little time to settle into a new routine. You don't have to have everything figured out on day one.

Give yourself some grace while everyone adjusts.

And don't forget to check in with the kids who seem like they're handling everything just fine. Sometimes the biggest emotions are the ones that don't get talked about.

Here's to a new school year filled with learning, growth, friendships, and plenty of grace along the way. 🀍

You can change your plans.
You can change your boundaries.
You can change your goals.
You can decide something isn't right for you anymore.

Changing your mind doesn't always mean you were wrong before.

Sometimes it means you've learned something new.

Give yourself permission to grow, adjust, and choose what feels right for you now.

Some seasons are about growing.
Some are about learning.
Some are simply about getting through the day.

Wherever you are right now, give yourself permission to take it one step at a time.

You are allowed to be a work in progress. 🀍

If your brain had a power-up menu today, what are you grabbing?

⚑ Patience β€” because apparently everyone is testing me today.

πŸ›‘οΈ Confidence β€” I know what I'm capable of.

🎯 Focus β€” one task at a time, please.

πŸ”‹ Energy β€” operating on fumes.

🧘 Calm β€” I would like my nervous system to chill.

πŸ’¬ Better communication β€” because "it's fine" is not always fine.

πŸ‘‡ Pick your power-up in the comments!

And remember: you don't have to have every skill mastered. Learning how to manage emotions, communicate, cope with stress, and navigate challenges is a process.

Monday has entered the chat.

Here's your Mental Health Mystery Monday:

If you could magically have ONE thing figured out by the end of today, what would you choose?

πŸ”΄ A problem that's been hanging over you
🟑 A decision you've been stuck on
🟒 A feeling you don't quite understand
πŸ”΅ A conversation you've been avoiding
🟣 Absolutely nothing because sometimes Monday needs to mind its business πŸ˜‚

πŸ‘‡ Pick your color and tell us why!

There isn't always an immediate answer to life's questions. Sometimes giving yourself permission to pause and explore what's going on is a step forward all by itself.

Let's end the week with a little perspective. 🀍

Imagine you have two bags:

🧳 KEEP:
Something that made you smile, something you learned, a win you had, or a moment you're proud of.

πŸ—‘οΈ LEAVE:
A worry you can't control, a mistake you're still replaying, unnecessary guilt, or something that drained you.

You don't have to carry everything from this week into the next one.

πŸ‘‡ Tell us one thing you're keeping and one thing you're leaving behind.

No big explanation needed. Just one of each.

Happy Friday! πŸŽ‰
