Ever notice how your brain keeps replaying the three things you didn't get done this week while completely ignoring the 27 things you did?

There's a reason for that.

Our brains are wired to focus on unfinished business, problems, and loose ends. It's one of the reasons we can feel like we're falling behind even when we've accomplished a lot.

Before you head into the weekend, try this:

Instead of making another to-do list, make a done list.

Write down:

βœ”οΈ What you handled
βœ”οΈ What you got through

Your brain naturally tracks what's missing.
Sometimes you have to intentionally notice what's already been done.
