Pregnancy comes with enough pressure already.
The endless to-do lists. The questions. The advice. The excitement. The uncertainty. The moments where you’re trying to hold it all together while growing an entire human at the same time. 🥹
And here’s something most moms are never told: Your baby’s nervous system is learning from yours long before they take their first breath. Your connection is powerful. 💙
When you’re carrying more stress than your body was designed to handle, your nervous system adapts to that stress. And because you and your baby are so deeply connected, their developing nervous system learns from that environment too.
The hopeful part?
The opposite is true as well.
When your nervous system feels more regulated, supported, and resilient, you’re creating a healthier foundation for both you and your baby. That’s why taking care of yourself during pregnancy isn’t selfish. It’s one of the greatest gifts you can give your growing baby.
If you’re pregnant, we’d love to help you understand how your nervous system is adapting to stress with our INSiGHT Scans. Learn more at the link in our bio or send us a DM with questions you have. 🫶
And if you know an expecting mama, send this her way. She deserves support, too.

1 in 5 kids today struggles with a mental, emotional, or behavioral challenge. 🌪
The article at the link 🔗 in our bio is what we see in nearly every family that walks through our doors!
The kids aren’t the only ones who are dysregulated. Mom and Dad are, too.
Your child’s nervous system is reading yours every single day, whether you realize it or not. And we don’t want them learning from a dysregulated system.

You’ve done all the gut-healing things. The clean diet, the probiotics, the supplements, the food sensitivity panels.
And your child is still struggling.
Here’s the missing piece 👇
🧠 The brain governs the gut from the top down
⚡ The vagus nerve regulates motility, absorption, assimilation, and inflammation
🌪 The “Perfect Storm” dims those signals from birth onward
👏 Restoring the nervous system is what makes everything else finally work
All the good stuff you’re already doing might not be working because it’s in the wrong order. If you’re ready for the missing piece, head to the link 🔗 in our bio to see why you need to start with the nervous system.

These gentle movements help improve pelvic floor coordination, core stability, hip strength, and mobility—key components in reducing pelvic floor tension and discomfort.

✨ Cat-Camel Stretch
Start on hands and knees. Slowly alternate between arching your back and rounding your spine while coordinating your breathing. This helps improve spinal mobility and release tension through the pelvis.

✨ Pelvic Floor Breathing
Lie on your back with knees bent. Inhale deeply, allowing your belly to rise. As you exhale, gently engage your pelvic floor and lower abdominal muscles. Focus on connecting breath with pelvic floor activation.

✨ Bent Leg Marches
While maintaining pelvic floor and core engagement, slowly lift one leg at a time to tabletop position and return with control. Keep your pelvis stable and avoid arching your back.

✨ Knee Fall Outs
With knees bent and feet flat, slowly allow one knee to move out to the side while keeping your pelvis level. Return to center and repeat on the opposite side. Great for pelvic stability and control.

✨ Clamshells
Lying on your side with knees bent, keep your feet together and lift the top knee. Focus on using your hip muscles while keeping your pelvis stable.

💡 Move slowly, breathe throughout each exercise, and stop if symptoms increase. Consistency is key when retraining pelvic floor and core function.
