Step into deep relaxation with a Sound Healing Experience at Rouse Yoga & Holistic Corner.✨

On May 30th from 5–6pm, Michael will lead a restorative sound journey using healing frequencies and vibration to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and energetic balance.
This experience is designed to help you disconnect from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with stillness within.

Through sound, many participants experience deep calm, emotional release, mental clarity, and a renewed sense of peace.

What to expect:

• A meditative sound journey
• Space to reset and recharge

No prior experience is necessary. Simply arrive comfortable and cozy — feel free to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or eye covering to make your experience even more supportive.

A sacred space to return to yourself 💫

We’re now offering Open Studio Self Practice.
A quiet 90-minute self-led practice time for those seeking space, stillness, and uninterrupted connection. No guided class, no instructor leading — just room to move, breathe, reflect, and practice in your own rhythm.

An instructor will be onsite for safety and support if needed, while the studio remains a peaceful and intentional environment for personal practice. Whether you don’t have space at home, crave deeper solitude in your practice, or simply need a sacred place to land, our studio is open to you.

Props, blocks, tools, and supportive equipment will all be available. Space is intentionally limited to keep the energy calm, quiet, and intimate.

This Sacred Soulaan Ceremony is a sacred space created for the healing, practice, and celebration of African-American culture and Indigenous wisdom. Rooted in the truth that healing begins at home, this ceremony invites us to return to our ancestral ways of being — to gather in circle, to honor the Earth, to sing, to move, to give thanks, and to remember who we truly are.

Within this space, we cultivate solace, gratitude, and faith — meeting each person exactly where they are on their journey. Through shared ceremony, prayer, and creative expression, we open the heart and awaken the soul, allowing our spirits to expand and reconnect with the divine within and around us.

They say that healing starts at home. This experience is not just a ritual, but a homecoming — a remembrance of our roots, our rhythms, and our sacred connection to all of life. Together we hold space for healing old wounds, celebrating our resilience, and empowering one another to rise in love, creativity, and unity.

As more brothers and sisters are liberated through this healing expansion, the collective heart of our community grows stronger — vibrating in harmony as One Tribe, One Life, and One Love.
