Introducing the 2025-26 Aveeva Hospice Volunteers from Eleanor Roosevelt High School! Aveeva Hospice is proud to partner with Eleanor Roosevelt High School, in Eastvale, CA, to provide compassionate companionship to our hospice patients and additional support our hospice program.

These dedicated students receive specialized training to better understand the hospice experience and the needs of those we serve. Through their time and care, they bring comfort, joy, and meaningful connection to our patients while supporting the communities we serve. Thank you for being an essential part of the Aveeva Hospice community.

2025 was filled with so many meaningful moments—but one truly special highlight was seeing Aveeva Hospice unexpectedly recognized by Congressman Mark Takano's office for earning a 5-Star CMS rating, all during one of our favorite community events honoring our local veterans at the Janet Goeske Senior Center . Aveeva Hospice is proud to support our Veterans and their families. This Veterans Day, we honor the brave men and women who have served our country. It was our great pleasure to partner with the Janet Goeske Foundation and Optima Health Group to host a celebration for our local community Veterans. Thank you to Congressman Mark Takano for your consistent support in honoring our Veterans! Thank you to Avista Senior Living in Corona , Sunrise Senior Living at Canyon Crest , and Pacifica Senior Living Riverside for your attendance and sharing the day with us.

Every day it is inspiring to see the compassion and selflessness demonstrated by the hospice nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, physicians, administrative staff, and volunteers. It is truly an honor to work side by side with such an amazing group of professionals! 💙
