Today’s all-staff meeting was so impactful. We played in a team building activity where each staff member wrote their name on a balloon and were given five seconds to find their own balloon, and as expected, it was chaos. Then we challenged everyone to grab any balloon and quickly pass it to the owner.

The lesson was simple but meaningful. When we focus on ourselves, reaching our goals can be difficult but when we support one another and work together, we all get where we need to be much faster!

We popped our balloons to find encouraging messages inside. Small reminders of the impact we make every day brought smiles, reflection, and even a few tears. 💙

A little friendly competition and a lot of fun! We put our hand-eye coordination to the test by tossing ping pong balls into plastic cups. This simple game encouraged focus, concentration, and fine motor skills while keeping everyone engaged and laughing along the way.

It was wonderful to see evryone cheering each other on and celebrating every successful toss. Great job, everyone! ❤️

Today we are celebrating our amazing Med Tech, Maria! She has been a dedicated part of our community for nine incredible years, and she has always been a dependable, hardworking, and caring member of our team. We had so much fun playing “Follow the Rhythm” using different instruments! 🥁🎶 Residents listened carefully, followed along to the beats, and created music together using shakers, drums, bells, and more. It was a wonderful way to encourage coordination, focus, creativity, and lots of smiles throughout the room! 😊

We got moving with a fun game of Drop the Stack, where residents tossed hacky sacks at stacks of red solo cups to knock them down. It was a great activity for hand-eye coordination, friendly competition and lots of laughs! 🥤

After that we had a blast playing our 1950s Edition of Price is Right! 🎉 Residents tested their memory and guessing skills trying to figure out how much everyday items cost back in the 50s. From candy bars to household essentials, everyone had fun comparing prices from then to now and sharing memories along the way. ❤️

We were treated to a wonderful live music session thanks to Advantage Hospice! Everyone enjoyed singing along, clapping, and reminiscing as beautiful guitar music filled the room. Thank you for bringing so much joy, comfort, and smiles to our community! 🎶
