You can be good at what you do and still wonder whether the life you’re building feels like your own.
In medicine, there’s always a clear next step: the next exam, the next rotation, the next credential. Most demanding careers work the same way. The habit becomes moving forward, and stopping to ask what you actually want can feel unfamiliar, even uncomfortable.
After working this hard to get here, wanting something to change can also bring guilt. Shouldn’t I just be grateful?
You can appreciate what you’ve accomplished and still want a different pace. You can care deeply about your work and want more energy for the people you love. Success can include more than what you keep achieving.
In coaching, we look at the expectations you’re carrying, clarify your priorities, and turn that into choices you can follow through on.
If you’re ready to explore what’s next, DM me “NEXT.” Tell me a little about where you are, and we’ll see whether coaching together is a good fit.
