Thomas A. Cairns, Jr., age 100, longtime resident of Riverton, NJ, passed peacefully May 20, 2026, surrounded by his family……

Following high school, Tom proudly served his country during World War II as a member of the U.S. Merchant Marines. Following the war, he attended St. Joseph’s University graduating in the Class of 1951. Afterwards he proudly served his country again during the Korean War as a member of the U.S. Army…..

Tom was predeceased by his beloved wife of 61-years, Marie “Mimi” Cairns (nee’ Weeks), in 2019. He is the loving father of Tom Cairns III and wife Colleen, Suzanne Cairns Wells, John Cairns and wife Pam, and Barbara Shea and husband Dan. Also surviving are his dear grandchildren, Rose, Tommy and Grace Cairns, Camille and Reed Wells, Michael and Katie Cairns, Caroline Shea, Kathryn Castro (Danny), Nina and Dan Shea, along with great-grandson, Nico Castro. Tom is also survived by many special nieces, nephews and extended family members as well as his devoted caregiver, Lilliana Silva.

Relatives, friends and fellow veterans are invited to attend a visitation with his family on Friday, May 29, 2026 from 9:15 AM to 10:45 AM followed by his Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM all at the Sacred Heart Church, 4th Street & Linden Avenue, Riverton, NJ 08077. A Eulogy will be given prior to the start of Mass.

Jerry is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Margaret (nee Reisdorff), daughters, Donna (Gary) Scott, Peggy Demont, son, John Demont, grandchildren, Timothy (Shannon) Malloy, Meghan (Brad) Vassallo, Ashley (Eric) Wozniak, Michael (Samantha) Scott, Morgan (Joseph) Wysocki, 5 great-grandchildren, brother Timothy (Sheryl) Demont, and many nieces and nephews.

Bill is survived by his beloved wife, Judith Edna Trout (nee’ Nixon), and their loving children, William Nelson Trout, Jr. and wife Kathy, Robert David Trout and wife Cynthia, Ronald Warren Trout and wife Kellie, Shawn David Trout and wife Leslie, and Michael John Trout and wife Judi, and by 13 Grandchildren and 23 Great-Grandchildren. William is also survived by his in-laws, Susan Trout, Harold Nixon (Mary), Madelyn Moyer, Jacqueline Nixon, Dale Nixon (Elaine) and Glenn Nixon, along with his dear cousin, Barbara Cotton, dear friend Ethel Wonke, as well as many extended family members and friends.

Bill was predeceased by his beloved wife of 72 years, Anne “Nancy” Ritschard Hall, in 2024. He is survived by his loving children: Betsy Xanthis and her husband John of Goshen, NY; Marge Hall and her husband Jeffrey Schmidt of Cinnaminson, NJ; and John Hall and his wife Susan of Narragansett, RI. He is also survived by his cherished grandchildren, Kate, Libby, Erin, Christopher, John, Annie, and Jack, as well as his 15 great-grandchildren: Kelly, Michael, Jake, Ella, Charlotte, Thomas, Dylan, Molly, Grace, Hudson, Luke, Christian, Jackson, Nicholas, and Vivienne. He is further survived by his brother-in-law, John Ritschard of Estes Park, CO, along with many nieces, nephews, dear friends, and neighbors. In addition to his wife, Bill was predeceased by his sister, Patricia Smith, and his brother, George Hall.

Bertram P. Miles, III, “Bud”, age 91, longtime resident of Cinnaminson, NJ passed peacefully at his home on March 25, 2026…..

Bud was an Industrial Arts Teacher, specializing in Wood Shop. He taught in Deptford, Willingboro and ultimately retired from Cherry Hill West…..

Bud’s real passion was woodworking. He could build anything out of wood, from house framing, finish carpentry, furniture making and boat building. He built eighty-four Barnegat Bay Sneakbox boats which became nationally renowned for their quality construction and attention to detail. Bud was also an accomplished wood carver specializing in duck decoys and shore birds….

Bud is survived by his beloved wife Jane Miles (nee’ Shaffer). Also surviving are his cousin Allan Dale Miles and wife Nighsty, his brother-in-law Charlie Conyers, and many nieces, nephews and their families, along with many friends.

A visitation with the family will be held on Monday, March 30, 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM followed by his funeral service at 11:00 AM all at the Palmyra Moravian Church, 1921 Cinnaminson Avenue, Cinnaminson, NJ 08077.

Richard Paul O’Connor of Mount Laurel, N.J. (formerly Palmyra) passed away peacefully surrounded by his family Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at the age just 5 months short of 90 years….

In addition to his wife Maureen (nee Thompson) of 69 years, Richard is survived by his loving, faithful children and their families; Kathleen (William Sleister ) of Cherry Hill; Patricia (David Primavera) of Sewell; Richard (Linda Lomas) of Cinnaminson; Beth (Richard Wade) of Maple Shade.

His five grandchildren will sorely miss the grandfather they cherished: Caitlin Maureen; Meghan (Jake Ziegler); Sarah Catherine; Sean Patrick; Ashlyn Catherine.

Richard is so proud that he most recently had a great-grandson born 2023, Benjamin Ryan Ziegler, son of Meghan & Jake.

Bronė Volertas (nee Telksnys) of Delran, NJ passed away peacefully on March 6, 2026, at the age of 103. She was the beloved wife of the late Vytautas F. Volertas and the devoted mother of Rev. Vytautas C. Volertas and Virgus L. Volertas (Kristina Rociūnaitė). She was the cherished sister of the late Ona Skrebūnas and aunt to Vytas Skrebūnas and the late Algis Skrebūnas.

Bronė is survived by her sons Vytautas C. Volertas, Virgus L. Volertas and daughter-in-law Kristina, three grandchildren - Virgus (Sofija), Dainius, and Darius (Grace) - and three great-grandchildren: Virgus, Mykolas, and Aleksandras.
