Meet Joan (97) and Ginny (97) — two incredible women proving that it’s never too late to keep moving, stay independent, and keep doing the things you love.

Because of PT they can:
- Have confidence with walking
- They have the ability to stand up easier from chairs and stand longer
- Have improved sleep
- Have the strength to return to ranch work
- Maintain their independence - continue living alone and driving on their own

Such a wonderful experience from walking through the front door on day one, being assessed to being treated and supported. ⁣
After dealing with near constant upper back pain for at least two years, I was exhausted and frustrated with short term answers. The professionals at Fremont came up with a solid plan for me, helped me put it into place and the results came quickly. ⁣
My first ever dry needling experience reduced my pain and tension by 90% after just one treatment. I’m so grateful for the referral to Fremont and highly recommend them to anyone needing guidance to make a pain free life for themselves. ⁣
