I came across this article and find it very helpful. This is such a great thing to remember during these cold, short days of winter.

If you or someone you know is looking for a therapist we are now accepting new clients! We also have morning appointments currently available so there is no wait 🤩. We take most insurances, offer a low rate private pay, as well as, work on a sliding scale for those who qualify.
