Our team has a few upcoming vacations planned this month:

🏖️ Kristin — June 12th–21st
🏖️ Rachel — June 12th–24th

While we will have staff coverage during these dates, response times may be longer than usual as our team members enjoy some well-deserved time away.

Please be sure to submit any prescription refill requests with plenty of advance notice to help avoid delays and ensure you have everything you need before your medication runs out.

Lyme Disease awareness and education matter — and we were proud to sponsor this year’s 5K dedicated to raising awareness, supporting those affected, and encouraging prevention, early recognition and treatment.

At Restoration Direct Primary Care, we believe healthcare goes beyond the walls of the office and into the community we serve. Thank you to everyone participating, volunteering, and advocating for better understanding of Lyme disease and chronic illness.

Need an easy CINCO DE MAYO recipe for tomorrow?
🌮🇲🇽🌯🫔

Check out these SHEET PAN NACHOS!!

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil
1⁄2 cup yellow onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound ground turkey
2 teaspoons taco seasoning
3 cups Tortilla Chips
1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1⁄2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
1⁄4 cup red onion, sliced
1⁄2 lime, wedges
1⁄4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 jalapeño, sliced
1 container Guacamole
1 container Salsa

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Step 2
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the onions until tender, then add the garlic and ground turkey. Cook for 5-8 minutes, then season with the taco seasoning. Cook until the outside is no longer pink.

Step 3
Spread the chips on the prepared baking sheet and spread the ground turkey evenly over the chips.

Step 4
Sprinkle the cheese over the ground turkey and bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the ground turkey is fully cooked through.

Step 5
Remove from the oven and top with cherry tomatoes, red onion, lime wedges, cilantro and jalapeño.

Step 6
Serve with guacamole and salsa and refrigerate leftovers.
