Thriving Families Counseling, LLC is seeking a motivated MSW working toward LCSW licensure to join our expanding team in Roanoke, Virginia. Due to sustained high referral volume, we are growing and welcoming a new clinician who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Position Overview: Supervisee in Social Work (MSW Seeking LCSW Licensure)
We welcome motivated, unlicensed MSWs who are working toward their LCSW. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within a highly supportive and well-established private practice.
Responsibilities
Provide outpatient therapy to clients within the scope of your training and supervision
Participate in weekly clinical supervision with licensed LCSW supervisors
Engage in clinical consultation, case discussions, and ongoing learning opportunities
Complete documentation and assessments in a timely and ethical manner
Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
Current registration as a Supervisee in Social Work with the Virginia Board of Social Work, or willingness to register upon hire
Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive team environment
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
