In an effort to protect our patients and caregivers, we are implementing guidelines to be proactive with COVID-19.

- We are only allowing patients and family with patients into our office.

Valley Nephrology Associates, Ltd. is pleased to announce that Rebin T. Titus, MD has joined the group. Dr. Titus specializes in Chronic Kidney Disease management, dialysis, and pre and post kidney transplant management, as well as Hypertension. Dr. Titus is board certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine. He completed his Family and Community Medicine Internship in 2006 and his Nephrology Fellowship in 2011, at Texas Tech University. Before returning to Texas Tech for Nephrology, he completed his residency in Internal Medicine in 2009, from the University of South Carolina.
