🎉🍗Our morning started with full hearts and full plates thanks to Sabrina from Cornerstone Caregiving, who treated our staff to a delicious breakfast from Chik-fila today.

Her kindness brought an extra boost of energy, smiles, and appreciation to our team — and it meant so much to everyone who works so hard to care for our residents each day.

🤪🎉 WACKY TACKY TUESDAY was in full swing today at Cardinal Senior Living! 🎉🤪

In healthcare, we all start the day with a plan… and then sometimes by 9:05 a.m. that plan has completely gone out the window! 😂 From call lights to surprises, laughter to teamwork, every day can go from calm to WACKY in the blink of an eye!

Today we dressed wacky and celebrated our incredible Nurse Aides who somehow manage to keep smiles on their faces, hearts full of compassion, and residents cared for no matter what the day throws their way. ❤️

A huge THANK YOU to Ted and the amazing team at Affinity Hospice for treating our staff to a delicious Firehouse Subs luncheon and goodies! We are truly grateful for your continued partnership and support.

The fun continued with hilarious socks, crazy badge reels, pens, sunglasses, bracelets, and plenty of laughs throughout the community. 😎🧦🎭

To our Nurse Aides: Thank you for going above and beyond day and night. You are the heart of what we do, and we couldn’t survive the wacky days without you! 💙

🇺🇸❤️🤍💙 CNA Week + American Fun = A Perfect Monday! ❤️🤍💙🇺🇸

Today was about as American as it gets here at Cardinal Senior Living!

We kicked things off with a cookout full of burgers, hotdogs, and all the fixin’s thanks to the dynamic duo, Bessie and Amanda. 🍔🌭

Then we took a meaningful pause as residents, families, and guests joined us for an important Elder Abuse Awareness presentation led by the wonderful Delaine, Ombudsman. 💜 Thanks, Rayanna for heading this up!

But hold on… the day was far from over!

Out came the sunshine, the smiles, and the water as Jason and the Powerback Therapy Team helped us turn an ordinary afternoon into a wheelchair wash party! ☀️💦♿ Some of us got cleaner than the wheelchairs… and we’re not naming names! 😂

By then, we were all melting faster than ice cream in July, so Alisha and Wendy came to the rescue with red, white, and blue Bomb Pops! ❤️🤍💙🍧

The laughter was loud, the jokes were nonstop, and the memories were priceless. Seeing our residents smile, our staff celebrated with small appreciation tokens, and everyone enjoying life together is what it’s all about.

To our incredible nurse aides and ALL staff: Thank you for the compassion, patience, love, and hard work you pour into our residents every single day. This week is for YOU! 💙

☀️🌴 What a fantastic Summer Fun Friday during Nurse Aide Week! 🌴☀️

The race was on today with staff and wheelchairs!! 🦽
Today was filled with sunshine, laughter, beach music, wheelchair races, prizes, ice cream, and plenty of smiles! From the friendly competition to the fun in the sun, our residents thoroughly enjoyed every moment of this beautiful day.

A special highlight was celebrating our incredible nurse aides, who each received sunglasses as a small token of appreciation for the huge impact they make every day. Your dedication, hard work, compassion, and commitment to providing exceptional care do not go unnoticed.

Thank you for bringing joy, comfort, and love to our residents each and every day. You are the heart of our community, and we are so grateful for all that you do!
