Continuing education has always been important to me throughout my career as a massage therapist, and I’m incredibly excited to be traveling to Florida soon to study MediCupping and ACE VacuTherapies with Anita Shannon. ACE Massage Cupping

Anita has been a nationally recognized educator since 1990 and was inducted into the Massage Therapy Hall of Fame in 2011. I was actually present at the World Massage Festival the year she received that honor, so being able to study with her now feels especially meaningful and full circle.

This intensive training focuses on advanced cupping and vacuum therapies, lymphatic support, bodywork applications, and treatment protocols for specific conditions.

I’m looking forward to learning, growing, and bringing these new skills back home to my clients in Roanoke, VA. 🤍

I love reconnecting with my amazing massage clients!!! Yesterday it was a pleasant surprise to see a regular client from back when my office was in Blacksburg (over 6 years ago when I was Body Harmony Massage Therapy). Through a series of serendipitous connections she received a gift certificate for Christmas. You just never know when a trusted referral from a happy client will gift you a rekindled massage connection. 🤗💚🥰
