Today, our Admissions and Therapy teams had the pleasure of providing lunch and presenting an educational session on “Life After Rehab.”

Together, we discussed what the discharge planning process from a rehabilitation facility looks like, what therapists consider when making discharge recommendations, and the signs that may indicate its time to begin exploring assisted living.

A special thank you to the Vinton Area Chamber of Commerce for the opportunity to educate and connect with the wonderful seniors at the Charles R. Hill Community Center. We appreciate the chance to share valuable resources and help individuals and families plan for the future!
