This post is for the mom keeping track of appointments, practice times, carpools, and what’s for dinner.
This is for the the wife trying to make room for her marriage.
To the woman working all day, then coming home to everyone who needs her and sometimes feeling like there’s very little of herself left....
As a mom, wife, and business owner, I know how easily our own needs move to the bottom of the list. During so many of our conversations at Restoration, we hear how much women are holding and carrying. We make time to talk about how you’re really doing—your sleep, your energy, the stress you’re carrying, and how it all affects your health. Those conversations are an important part of our approach to wellness and prevention. Sometimes they open the door to recognizing that you could use more support. That’s why I’m so grateful to have Caroline Freeman, owner of Foundations Counseling, sharing space with us at Restoration Direct Primary Care.
Caroline specializes in women’s mental health. Her work offers space for you to talk honestly about what you’re carrying, understand your own needs, and work toward changes that matter to you. My hope for Revive Collective has always been to provide a safe space and bring together people who help our community feel cared for. I’m thankful Caroline is part of that.
If this sounds like a season you’re in, you can learn more about her work at www.foundationsva.com. You deserve room to be cared for, too.
