Happy 100th Birthday to our resident, Mr. Hensley!
When asked what he has learned over his 100 years, he said, "I learned not to trust anybody." He then laughed and said that he loves his family, and he looked so happy to be celebrating his birthdays with those he loves most!

🎄🎅 Christmas in July was a holly, jolly success at Springtree Health & Rehab! 🎅🎄

Our residents, families, staff enjoyed a festive day filled with holiday cheer! Santa stopped by for a special visit, joined by the Grinch plus Santa’s elves. 🎁✨

Festive trivia, Christmas carols, creative costumes, beautiful decorations filled our halls with smiles, laughter, holiday magic. ❤️
