Join us for a fun, family-friendly event for patients of all ages.

Come enjoy trunk-or-treat activities while taking an important step to help protect yourself and your family this flu season.

Flu shots and other vaccines will be available.

- All ages are welcome.
- Established patients may receive their flu shot at the event.
- You do not need to be an established patient to attend the Trunk-or-Treat festivities.

Date: Thursday, October 29, 2026
