✨ Continuing education means better care for our patients! ✨

My patients know I'm a nerd and I LOVE learning about anything and everything that can make me a better provider. This week I had the opportunity to attend an Ocular Aesthetics course at NSU College of Optometry, where I received advanced, hands-on training in the latest techniques and treatments for non-invasive eyelid lifts, peri-ocular wrinkle reduction, ocular surface disease, and dry eye.

The course included classroom learning, performing advanced procedures, and even experiencing these treatments firsthand as a patient. There's no better way to understand a treatment than to experience it yourself!

I'm excited to bring this knowledge back to our practice and continue providing the most advanced, evidence-based care for our patients. Thank you to the outstanding instructors and classmates for a fantastic learning experience!
