Painting pots on Thursday during art club is a perfect way to get ready for our fall Garden Club to start working on our 2027 pollinator and butterfly garden. We've been so inspired and excited this year to experience raising these beautiful creatures!

We released our 4th monarch on Thursday after Art Club and put in another monarch caterpillar Amie found on her milkweed at home. ❤️🐛🦋

Look at these beauties that emerged last week! Monday we had two Black Swallowtails emerge from their chrysalis and Friday we had two Monarchs to release from our habitat!

There are still two Monarch chrysalis, seven Black Swallowtail who will emerge from their chrysalis, and about 5 more Black Swallowtail cats we brought into the habitat from our garden who are still munching away!

What an amazing week of American House Senior Olympics! We competed in everything from ax throwing to trivia, balloon volleyball, and Wii bowling. Our last day included our art events at our Stone house. We've had an incredible week! Rochester Hills Mayor Bryan Barnett joined us and was one of the judges for our art events!

Come celebrate with us at Friday, August 7th at 1:30pm as we have our closing ceremony and celebration of our Elmwood Olympic athletes and artists in the activity room.

Thank you to all of our volunteers who helped this week!
