We believe that wellness is a positive process and part of the foundation of a vibrant and meaningful life. At Accent Wellness, we provide music therapy and massage therapy experiences that promote balance, connection and wholeness in people of all ages and abilities.

After a year of unexpected twists and turns, yesterday was my first in-person music therapy session representing Accent Wellness. While telehealth continues to be an amazing platform, I have to say that, despite a mask and a plastic shield, being there on site felt really good.

I turn to music to motivate me when I need to clean something. I pick certain music to enhance how I feel. Song lyrics pop into my head in a way that sheds insight on something I have been thinking about. As a parent, I use music to help my young kids. What about you?
