The past 4 years my sister and I have chosen words for the year to set a vibe/intention for the year as a whole rather than specific resolutions. I usually set some goals around the word as well. Last year we made bracelets with our words and wearing it most days was a visual reminder of my goals and intentions for the year. 2025 (Steadfast)was about holding the course with good habits and goals and getting comfortable with all the changes the past few years had brought to my life. 2026 js about growth and challenging myself. Feeling ready to take some new steps and get a little uncomfortable in the pursuit of new things and growth so “Reach” is my word this year. Do you have a word for 2026? Moxie MD is bringing an at home strength training program into our practice in 2026 created and led by my colleague Dr. Ali Novitsky. She is offering a FREE webinar discussing topics that affect metabolic health. If you can’t attend live you will have access to replays of the talks if you sign up.
