I shared this beautiful poem in my pop up class today - “When I am Among the Trees,” by Mary Oliver.
Be rooted and radiant. We often celebrate the outward expression of our lives - our accomplishments, relationships and the many roles we fulfil but, just like the trees, our ability to shine depends on how deeply rooted we are. Our intention - “I root deeply so I can rise with confidence and radiate from within.”

Honoured to be back on the schedule offering monthly pop up classes at Whole Body Yoga Studio in North Wales.
As we begin this Memorial Day weekend today we focused on Remembering - honoring memories, sacrifice and self-awareness, Releasing - allowing stored emotions to soften and move through, and Returning to the Light - re-connecting with hope, renewal, wholeness and the Divine within.
