Thank you to everyone who attended our Perimenopause & Menopause Community Fair.
It was an incredible reminder of how important it is to have conversations around midlife health that include:
• mental health
• sleep and stress changes
• nutrition and metabolic health
• emotional capacity and identity shifts
• integrative, whole-person care
What stood out most was how many women shared a similar experience — not feeling alone once these changes started to make sense through a mind-body lens.
At LifeBalance, this is the work we are committed to year-round:
supporting women through transitions that are often misunderstood or minimized.
If you were unable to attend but are curious about support for perimenopause-related anxiety, stress, or burnout, we continue to have therapy openings available and welcome new clients.
