Today, I say good-bye. It's moving day and the day that the torch gets passed to Stefsha.

I just want to take a moment to thank all my clients for your continued support throughout the years. It's hard to believe it has been 19 years already.

Also, would like to thank beautiLofts . I will miss all the lovely ladies I've gotten to know during my time here. You guys are amazing.

I know you will be in good hands with Stefsha.

Thank you.
Forever Grateful!

Have you tried Cupping therapy yet? Professional athletes and celebrities have been benefiting from cupping massage for years now. The benefits are hard to deny. This type of massage uses special cups (which are typically glass or silicone) to circulate blood and energy through your body in a way that wouldn’t happen naturally.

Increased blood flow through cupping reduces both muscle tension and inflammation. It also greatly improves blood circulation which is beneficial for numerous reasons. Many people compare both the benefits and the overall experience of cupping massage to a deep-tissue massage.

🌼 A New Chapter for RTWS 🌼

Hi friends,

As I step into a new season of semi-retirement, I’m feeling both grateful and excited to share some news with you. RTWS will soon be in the hands of a wonderful new therapist, and I couldn’t feel more confident about the future of the practice.

Her name is Stef — and let me tell you, she’s fantastic! You’ll get to know her more very soon, but in the meantime, here’s a little photo of the two of us to mark this exciting transition.

Many of you know how much I love sharing health and wellness tips, from helpful stretches to essential oils and supplements — anything to help you feel your best. That passion isn’t going anywhere! If you’ve enjoyed those tips, I’d love for you to keep in touch with me over on Facebook at For Your Good Health. I’ll continue sharing advice, insights, and wellness inspiration to support you on your journey.

Thank you for being a part of my practice and my heart over the years.

With gratitude,
Andrea
