I also have a neck injury from a car accident several years ago. I know how hard it is to recover from those aches and pains. Some days are easier than others, but you keep going. I have been successful by using Massage, Chiropractic, Acupuncture/Acupressure, Energy work, Essential oils, Nutrition, and supplements.
