As many of you know, my journey in the specialty food world started right here with Flower City Flavor Company.

Over the last 8+ years, this community has supported my passion for discovering new flavors and supporting local businesses.

Today, I am beyond proud to share a massive personal milestone: I have officially become the brand-new owner of New York Chips!

I want to be very clear with all of my loyal FCFC fans: Flower City Flavor Company is not closing. While I’ll be leading both brands, they will remain separate entities.

FCFC is still your home for the biggest meat hot sauce selection anywhere in the world, a vast selection of hot sauces, and 35+ (and still growing) local Rochester brands.

All online orders are going out exactly as scheduled, and both the Irondequoit Pharmacy and Twelve Corners Apothecary locations are fully stocked and ready for you.

For the past 4 years, I’ve worked side by side with the New York Chips team for their Salt & Vinegar flavor. Taking the helm of that brand feels like the natural next step, and I’m honored to carry its legacy forward alongside the work I do here.

Thank you for being part of this 8-year grind with me. I’m still the same guy; I just have a much, much larger warehouse to ship potato chip orders from now!

While this affects very few patients with Thyroid issues, for those it does, it’s devastating. They have FAILED other therapies yet have had success with this product that predates the FDA itself. We are posting this on request of our patients that can’t use anything else.

FDA says natural thyroid medicine is a biologic and pharmacies can no longer compound it. That’s not right.
