You deserve a postpartum experience without worrying about weight loss.
Managing symptoms, healthy pregnancy weight gain and an easier postpartum doesn’t happen by pushing through symptoms, only taking your prenatal and ignoring weight gain.
It happens by creating habits NOW that will carry you into postpartum.
Because to be honest, starting ANY new habit postpartum is HARD.
