Last night, our very own ๐๐ข๐ง๐๐ฒ ๐๐ก๐ฎ๐ฆ๐๐ง was recognized as a finalist for the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce Small Business Council ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐๐ซ ๐๐ฐ๐๐ซ๐.
Being named a finalist for Business Person of the Year is an incredible honor and a well-deserved recognition of Cindy's leadership, dedication, and impact.
More than 30 years ago, Cindy and John set out to build something special: a physical therapy practice rooted in compassion, clinical excellence, and putting people first. What began as a single clinic has grown into a network of 36+ locations serving communities across the Greater Rochester and Finger Lakes region, but the values they built the company on have never changed.
Cindy's leadership has shaped far more than our clinics. She has mentored generations of clinicians, fostered a culture centered on exceptional patient care, and helped create opportunities for countless team members to grow professionally. Beyond Lattimore, her commitment to giving back is evident through initiatives like our Annual Charity Golf Tournament, which has raised tens of thousands of dollars for local children and families facing medical challenges.
This nomination is a testament not only to Cindy's leadership, but to the lasting legacy that she and Shu created together โ one that continues to impact our patients, our employees, and the communities we're proud to serve every day.
