The bamboo and the Oak
After a great storm, a mighty oak looked around proudly, believing its strength had carried it through. Nearby, a slender bamboo was still standing too.

The oak asked, “How did you survive when your are so much weaker?”

The bamboo replied, “I didn’t try to resist the wind. I opened when it asked me to open, and I gathered myself when it was time to return. I bent without breaking.”

💚 Strength isn’t always about staying rigid. Sometimes it’s about knowing when to yield and when to stand firm. 💚
