**Nurture Me** is a new 4-week **group therapy** experience for pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting.

We'll talk about the real things. The mental load. The changing relationships. The expectations we put on ourselves. The question of how we're supposed to care for everyone else while also caring for ourselves.

Join us for an Infant Massage Pop-Up, with MedCity Doulas, and learn simple massage techniques you can use to support your baby’s relaxation, bonding, digestion, sleep, and overall well-being.

This class is designed for parents and caregivers with babies 0–9 months and offers a relaxed, welcoming space to learn, ask questions, and connect with others in a similar season of life.

We're excited to welcome Zoe to Flourish as she completes her Master's in Art Counseling and Art Therapy.

Zoe offers a creative, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach to counseling that honors the many ways people make meaning of their experiences.

BYV Parent Coffee Hour is this Saturday, June 20 from 10:00–11:30 am.

No agenda. No pressure. Just coffee, conversation, and a reminder that parenting was never meant to be done alone.

Saturday, May 23rd
10 am - 12 pm

This kids-only class blends yoga, mindfulness, and art to help little ones feel grounded, calm, and confident. All yoga equipment is provided, just bring comfy clothes (no dresses, please). Supplies and allergy-safe snacks are provided as well.
