While Caitlin’s official title is Treatment Coordinator, we all know a more accurate title might be “API’s resident problem-solver.” 😂🙌
You’ll often find her at the front desk helping patients, but there’s a very good chance she’s also fixing something, jumping in to help the clinical team, working behind the scenes on a project, keeping everyone organized, or refilling her coffee mug for the 18th time while grabbing a piece of chocolate. ☕🍫 Top-tier fuel protocol.
Caitlin is the definition of a team player and has a special talent for keeping things moving efficiently—even when approximately 47 things are happening at once. In fact, chaos may just be her natural habitat. Her superpower is being able to jump into the middle of it, figure out what needs to happen, and get 👏 it 👏 done.
Beyond all the hats she wears, Caitlin brings so much heart to API. She is empathetic and encouraging with our patients, always willing to lend a hand to her coworkers, and never short on a witty comment or a laugh that can fill the entire office. 😂💛
