Join us tomorrow, Wednesday, October 28, for Healthy Heroes, Healthy Community, a community wellness event bringing preventive health screenings, health education, and trusted local resources together in one place.

The event is open to the community, with additional preventive screening opportunities available for qualifying frontline heroes—including law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, 911 dispatchers, educators/faculty and health care professionals.

Biometric screenings are available to adults age 18 and older. FASTING IS REQUIRED.

YMCA membership is not required. This event is open to the general public.

Presented by The Heart2Heart Foundation in partnership with YMCA of Upper Palmetto, North Central Family Medicine, Carolina Cardiology Associates and NAMI Piedmont Tri-County.

Support for the Frontline Heroes Wellness Program is provided through the Singhi Charitable Foundation.

Join All On Board Coalition and Piedmont Medical Network from 10 AM - 2 PM at Piedmont's Fort Mill Hospital for National Drug Take Back Day. Safely dispose of unused or expired medications and speak with pharmacists from Piedmont Medical Network about your medications.
