White Oak of Rock Hill, located near Piedmont Medical Center, provides long term nursing care and sho

White Oak of Rock Hill is a 141 bed skilled nursing center conveniently located within a short drive from Piedmont Medical Center. We provide long term nursing care, as well as short term rehabilitation in our designated rehabilitation wing. Nursing care is provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants 24-hours a day. Our interdisciplinary team develops

an appropriate plan of care for each individual in coordination with the physician’s orders. The service of White Oak of Rock Hill is more than caring for immediate physical or medical needs. Through understanding, compassion, professionalism and respect, we strive to enhance the quality of life for each individual.

Our community event was a huge success! We served over 50 children with back-to-school supplies! We had popcorn, cotton candy, snow cones, hot dogs, fun, and games. We hope all of the students have a great school year!

Our residents enjoyed shopping at our very own indoor farmers market! With fresh fruit, delicious pastries, tasty snacks, and small gift items to choose from, there was something for everyone to enjoy. 🍎🥐🛍️

Peace, love, and good vibes filled the building during our 70s Day celebration! ✌️🕺🎤
Residents and staff had a groovy time dressing up in their best 70s outfits while enjoying classic hits, singing karaoke, and sharing lots of laughter together. From bell bottoms to disco tunes, the day was full of fun memories and great energy!
We love opportunities to bring everyone together for activities that spark joy and create lasting memories. Far out fun was had by all! 🌼✨

There’s nothing better than sunshine, fresh air, and getting our hands a little dirty! 🌸🌿
Our Garden Club enjoyed a beautiful day outside potting flowers and adding even more color to our community. Residents loved spending time together, enjoying the sunshine, and brightening everyone’s day. 💐
Moments like these remind us how meaningful simple joys can be — laughter with friends, the warmth of the sun, and watching something beautiful grow. 🌼
