Message from Catawba Nation Health System...
Our assumption date of August 1, 2026, is quickly approaching as we prepare for the transition of healthcare services.
To support this transition and ensure a smooth onboarding process for our providers and staff, the clinic will be closed Monday, August 3rd, through Wednesday, August 5th. During this time, staff will be completing critical transition activities, including IT system updates, staff onboarding and training, inventory management, and other operational preparations to ensure continued delivery of high-quality patient care.
While we are working diligently to ensure a smooth and seamless transition, we recognize that unexpected challenges can arise during a change of this magnitude.
It is our goal to resume normal operations on Thursday, August 6, and we look forward to continuing to serve our patients with as little disruption as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this important transition and remain committed to providing safe, high-quality care throughout the process.
We sincerely thank Dr. Nguyen for his dedication and service to our patients and the community. We wish him continued success in his new role and appreciate our patients' understanding and patience as we complete this important transition.
Key Reminders:
Patients who receive medications by mail should have already requested prescription refills to ensure they have an adequate supply of essential medications during the transition.
