Therapy is great one-on-one, but there’s something special about doing it in a room (or a park) with people who just get it

You show up for yourself, and suddenly you’re showing up for each other too

Our next round of group therapy starts in July — link in bio for details and to claim your spot. See you there 💛

Relational therapy is rooted in one powerful idea: healing happens through connection

Instead of focusing only on symptoms, relational therapy explores how your relationships, past experiences, attachment patterns, and emotional connections shape the way you move through life.

It creates a safe space to understand how you relate to yourself and others — so you can build healthier communication, deeper self-awareness, and more secure relationships.

Because often, the wounds created in relationships are also healed in relationships 🌿

Healing happens in safe spaces — and sometimes, the most powerful reminder is realizing you’re not alone 🌿

Group therapy creates a space to be seen, heard, supported, and understood by people walking through real life right alongside you.

There’s strength in sharing, growth in connection, and healing in community.

You don’t have to carry everything by yourself anymore.

A little ritual for slowing down, resetting, and getting intentional 🌑✨

There’s something so grounding about creating moon water during a new moon — a quiet reminder that new beginnings don’t have to be loud to be powerful.

Tonight is for releasing, realigning, and calling your energy back to yourself

POV: You’re a recovering people pleaser and you need to cancel plans

The old version of you would have:
❌ Made yourself go anyway
❌ Invented an elaborate excuse
❌ Spent hours feeling guilty

The healing version of you is learning that:
✨ “I can’t make it tonight” is a complete sentence.
✨ Disappointing someone doesn’t make you a bad person.
✨ Your needs matter too.

One of the hardest parts of recovering from codependency is realizing that saying “no” can feel uncomfortable without being wrong.

Guilt isn’t always a sign you’ve done something bad.

Sometimes it’s just a sign you’re doing something different.

Have you ever felt guilty for canceling plans? 👇

Shame grows in silence. But understanding? That’s where healing begins 🤍

So many people carry guilt for things they were never taught how to process, communicate, or survive through. And the longer shame goes unspoken, the heavier it becomes.

Understanding yourself — your patterns, your pain, your story — creates compassion instead of criticism.
It allows you to stop asking, “What’s wrong with me?” and start asking, “What happened to me?”

That shift changes everything.

Therapy creates a space where you can be seen without judgment, heard without shame, and supported while you heal. Because understanding isn’t weakness — it’s the solution.

What I wish everyone knew about trauma:

Trauma isn’t defined by what happened to you.

Two people can experience the exact same event and walk away with completely different responses. One may feel supported, safe, and able to process what happened. The other may feel overwhelmed, helpless, isolated, or unable to make sense of the experience.

That’s because trauma is not the event itself—it’s the lasting impact the experience has on your nervous system, your sense of safety, your relationships, and the way you move through the world.

This is also why trauma isn’t something we can compare.

There is no “bad enough.”

There is no threshold you have to meet.

And there is no benefit to minimizing your own pain because someone else had it worse.

Your experience matters.

Healing begins when we stop asking, “Was it traumatic enough?” and start asking, “How did it affect me?”
