Creativity, conversation, and a whole lot of fun! 🎨💙

Our Sales Counselor, Angie Stark, led a watercolor class today for members of our Friendship Connection program. These ladies had never painted with watercolor before, but they jumped right in, learned a few new techniques, and had a lot of fun along the way!

Friendship Connection gives future residents the chance to enjoy activities and events at Friendship Manor, meet new people, make connections, and start feeling at home before they ever move in.

Today was a perfect example of what it’s all about-trying something new, sharing some laughs, and enjoying time together. 😊

Friendship Manor was honored to receive a grant today from the Rock Island Community Foundation to support Charitable Care for Seniors.

Through our Life Care Guarantee, no resident is ever asked to leave the Manor because they have outlived their financial resources. This promise is possible only because of the generosity of hundreds of individuals, local businesses, corporate partners and grant-making organizations.

Thank you, Rock Island Community Foundation, for investing in our mission and for supporting a variety of diverse nonprofits across our community. We are proud to stand alongside so many dedicated organizations working every day to make our region stronger, healthier and more caring.

We were happy to welcome some of our local first responders from Rock Island Police Department,and Rock Island Fire Department for our First Responders Appreciation Lunch! 🚓🚒🚑

We are so grateful for our local police officers, firefighters, EMTs, and all first responders who work every day to keep our residents and our entire community safe.

We appreciate your service, your dedication, and the many ways you show up for our community every day. ❤️
