🥳 Happy CNA Week! 🎉

We kicked off CNA Week at Friendship Manor with a day full of fun, food, and laughter!

Our amazing CNAs showed off their creativity for Mismatch Day and took part in our "Drink from Anything But a Cup" Challenge...and they did NOT disappoint! 😂

From spray bottles and watering cans to plant pots, water guns, mustard bottles, birdhouses, and even a few healthcare-themed "containers" (yes, including a Foley bag and an emesis bag 😆), our staff brought their A-game!

The celebration also included:
🥔 A delicious baked potato bar
⚡ An energy drink bar provided by Heartland Hospice
❓ A "Guess the Manager" trivia game

A huge THANK YOU to our incredible Certified Nursing Assistants for the compassion, dedication, and smiles you bring to our residents every day. We appreciate all that you do and look forward to celebrating you all week long! ❤️

🎨 Creativity was on full display at Friendship Manor! Our very talented Angie Stark from the marketing team led a Watercolor Painting 101 class, and the room was filled with curiosity, color, and excitement as residents embraced the opportunity to learn something new. 🌹Rose Day 2026 was a blooming hit here at Friendship Manor!
The Kiwanis Club of Rock Island made sure every lady in Silver Cross and New Friendships, along with our friends at St. Anthony’s, Generations, and The Fort Armstrong, received a beautiful dozen roses. Is that thoughtful or what? Just look at those smiles and those gorgeous flowers! Thank you, Rock Island Kiwanis Club, for spreading so much kindness and joy throughout our community.
