He received his Chiropractic Degree in 1994 from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Simmer is very involved in his community by being part of the RI County Board and many committees, and the RI Milan Booster Club. Dr. Simmer caters to the needs of all ages from newborn -100. Licensed in Illinois and Iowa.
