🍌🍨 National Banana Split Day was a HIT!

Of course we had to celebrate with some good old-fashioned banana splits loaded with all the toppings! One resident even told us, “That was the best banana split I’ve ever had,” and shared that it brought back some wonderful memories. ❤️

They were such a hit that Paige actually ran out of ice cream and had to go borrow more from our Dining Team! 😂 Safe to say, there were no complaints about dessert today!

National Waffle Day called for breakfast for dinner! 🧇🥂

Yesterday, we got comfy in our PJs and enjoyed Belgian waffles piled high with all kinds of delicious toppings, plus mimosas to make it extra fun! Because really… breakfast tastes even better at dinnertime. 😋

Sometimes the sweetest moments are the ones you just happen to look out the window and see. 💛

This beautiful Saturday afternoon, I looked out of my office to find residents, families, and even grandchildren all gathered together playing Kubb, laughing, and enjoying the sunshine. ☀️

There was something so special about watching different families intermingle and simply enjoy the afternoon together. This is what community is all about—connection, laughter, and making memories across generations. 🥰

Our Possibilities: The Sequel theme is all about proving there’s always another chapter—and today’s chapter was PROM! 💫 Some of our ladies started with a little pre-prom glam 💄✨ before everyone came together for our Dancing Under the Stars Senior Prom!

We danced, laughed, made memories, and proved once again that you’re never too old for new possibilities… or another prom! 🪩💕

Today was one of those days that just made our hearts happy! 💚🥒🍅

Our residents came together to make homemade pickles and fresh salsa using ingredients grown right in our very own community garden! From peeling cucumbers to chopping vegetables, everyone had a hand in creating something special. It was so wonderful to see everyone working together, laughing, and enjoying the fruits (and veggies 😉) of their hard work!

Of course, we had to sneak a taste of the salsa… and it was DELICIOUS! 🌶️🍅 Now comes the hard part—waiting to try those pickles! 🥒

There’s just something extra special about growing it, picking it, and making it together. ❤️

🎨 Go With the Flow!

Yesterday, we embraced this month’s theme of Possibilities: The Sequel by trying something new! Our residents experimented with paint pouring, letting the colors flow and seeing where their creativity took them.

The best part was seeing the finished creations—no two were alike! 🌈🎨 It was a fun reminder that sometimes you just have to go with the flow and see what possibilities unfold! 💙
