Virgo, did you know that the easier opportunities appear, the less likely you are to appreciate them? Trust that more time grants you more opportunities to work towards your desired outcome with precision. Pluto in Aquarius will push you to trust in your own unique ways of getting things done. You might tend to idolize how your friends or colleagues approach tasks, feeling like your methods are inferior or unconventional. But this year, you'll need to recognize that there's no "right" or "perfect" way. Your innovative ideas for problem-solving are needed now more than ever. Accepting and embracing your own approach will also inspire others.
Vulnerability will be key for you this year. Turn your focus away from the social quicksand of correcting others and being critical. You will find that sharing your own emotional experiences allows people to connect with you more deeply. This might feel uncomfortable or even embarrassing, but it's through vulnerability that you'll build more meaningful relationships.

CITRINE SMOKY QUARTZ

Type: Citrine and smoky quartz combined in the same crystal.
Colours: Grey and translucent, sometimes with golden sparkles, especially in cut and polished forms.
Availability: Relatively rare but worth obtaining.
Physical benefits: Citrine smoky quartz is believed to heal on all levels, removing pain and deep-seated or chronic problems, at the same time energizing the body and triggering the self-healing system to recover and to resist future similar illness; seen as good where a condition affects several parts of the body or overall health, mobility and well-being; said to be useful if nothing seems to be working or a person is unwilling or unable to have or continue with intrusive conventional treatment.
Emotional healing: One of the best crystals for both relatively fast-acting and lasting improvements in depressive illnesses or conditions where a person has sunk into apathy or given up communicating: relieves fears of dark or enclosed places such as elevators.
Chakra: Root and Solar Plexus.

Candle colour: Grey. Fragrances: Basil, bay, bergamot, lemongrass, mint. Practical uses: A crystal in its natural form to display in a home where three or more generations live together or adult children are sharing a house with parents, so no one feels restricted excluded or imposed upon. Workplace: Wear smoky citrine if you are involved professionally in speculation, making financial or business decisions with long-ranging effects or are uncertain about which option is best in your own career; combines logical and lateral thinking with wise caution; good for shift and night workers, to help the body clock readjust. Magical significance: A very protective crystal for mediumship or investigating ghosts to open the dimensions, while providing light to surround you; hold a citrine smoky quartz, point facing outwards, in the hand you do not write with while ghost hunting; set it on a table between you and a client, so the client can also feel and maybe see their deceased relative. Divinatory meaning: Life may seem gloomy but in fact there is light already if you push through uncertainty and clear what stands in the way of resolution. Zodiac:

Citrine is clear quartz, heated naturally in the earth, and occurs in the same environments as smoky quartz: mostly in intrusive igneous rocks which contain traces of radioactive elements whose radiation causes coloration in both.
Sometimes there may be a citrine phantom (p.89) within the smoky quartz or the smoky quartz can form the inner phantom; one part of the crystal may be much yellower or light-coloured smoky quartz may merge with a dark-yellow-toned citrine. In all these cases, the energies of smoky quartz and citrine are powerfully combined.
Wear or carry citrine smoky quartz when you socialize in an unfamiliar place to open you to new friends and love while at the same time shielding you
from predators or those who would deceive you for their own purposes. A gentle crystal if you have been ill or suffered a loss or betrayal, to open you up to new experiences while preventing you making old mistakes.

D**g Quai, Chinese Angelica, Dang Gui (Chinese)

In China, d**g quai is the main tonic herb for conditions suffered by women. It is taken on a daily basis by millions of women as an invigorating tonic, helping to regulate menstruation and tonify the bloo It also improves the circulation. D**g quai has a sweet pungent aroma that is very distinctive, and in China it is often used in cooking, which is the best way to take it as a blood tonic.
