Life Beyond Barriers Rehabilitation Group Life Beyond Barriers Rehabilitation Group (LBBRG) is an intensive, non-traditional therapy program that is CARF accredited.

CARF accredited, innovative, outpatient rehabilitation facility offering physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy services & wheelchair seating & equipment evaluations This non-traditional therapy program focuses on the individual, with emphasis on functional recovery versus compensation. Programs are tailored to the individual needs. LBBRG offers opportunities and innovative options

for the individuals who have experienced trauma, suffered a disease, are born with developmental related condition, and are aging. This innovative program is based upon evidence-based research that challenges the nervous system. Inevitably, the client experiences overall physiological benefits which maintain a state of good general health as well as a primed nervous system. Our second location opened April 2015 in Traverse City, Michigan!

Come along for a quick tour of our Traverse City clinic and check out some of our favorite spaces and specialized equipment! From private treatment rooms and a dedicated pediatric therapy area to our therapy pool and our body weight support treadmill, every space is designed with a purpose. ✨

You’ll also get a glimpse of our ADL suite - complete with a kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom for real-life skill development - as well as our standard exercise equipment that helps clients to build strength, endurance, balance, and confidence.
